What I like - looks good, I have had four people comment on how nice it looks in 3 months.
Handles well and holds the road well.
Infotainment system, fairly easy to navigate.
Locking system means you don't accidentally deadlock people in the car, which was a dangerous feature on my previous Golf and the reason I changed it.
Dislike
I find the cabin too dark even with the sunshine roof.
Front pillars limit visibility too much. Rear visibility poor and you need the rear camaras for parking.
Fuel economy poor in comparison to my Golf TDI. 40mpg.
Really annoying 'safety alerts'. You are bleeped at loudly if you go 1mph over the speed limit the car has picked up on its cameras. If it was a gentle bleep I may keep it on, but it is so annoying I have to switch it off.
I also get bleeped at and told I am a distracted driver if I scratch my nose!
I get bleeped at at roundabouts for no apparent reason which is very distracting.
Lane assist is really annoying an inaccurate at times.
